Bad service

Horrible service. They brought the office chairs we ordered short we supposed to have 10 they brought only 5 instead of telling us they don’t have the full 10. Once the return was supposed to logged on a Tuesday they didn’t even log it and I had to sit on the call for 3 hours just to say they don’t have stock.
