Bad Service

Order placed with Takealot on the 31/07/20.Wrong order delivered on the 11/08/20. Have spoken to Monique Ebrahim.Corresponded with Azola Macosana,Thando Mtanase , Quinton Truter , Elzita V via email. To date it has not been resolved. I am repeatedly asked the same questions. I do not understand why they are not getting it.Pictures was sent to Quinton of what items was delivered.I have asked Kyle to speak to a manager , still waiting.Bad service .Not sure how to get my money back. Worst service ever
