Bad service

I ordered my goods on the 12th of November only to receive the wrong goods on the date of 20th of November and the goods were returned on the date of 22nd November. On the date of of 27 the products were evaluated on returns till today on the date of 30th of November i have not received my goods ordered or a refund instead and agent decided to cancel my order and not even a refund done on their take a lot system.
