Bad service

I placed an order on takealot, made payment and was informed it would be delivered the next week. A few days later I get notification that I've been refunded, takealot emails to inform that the order has been cancelled due to my request, however I requested no such thing, I was actually looking forward to my order. When I tried logging into takealot it says my account has been deactivated. This was my first takealot order and I am very disappointed at the service and attitude.
