Bad Service

I ordered 24 beer at takealot with some other stuff.The beers wasnt in the order that was delivered.I contacted them and they made a new order for the 24 beers and I had to wait a week for delivery.Monday they delivered it,a small box with only 6 beers in.I contacted them and they only asked if the box was tampered with and I rep**** no.That was the last I heard.This is very poor service,dont they check the orders?I wont be using takealot again.
