Bad Service

We bought a few stuff from Takelaot that was delivered last week on the 18th of March, we logged a return as the foundation was open and everything was full of foundation, the foundation was collected on the 19th and still it was not replaced, today we receive an email stating that it will be delivered by the 4th of April, so almost three weeks we have to wait for a replacement, this is beyond ridiculous fro Takelaot and with no proper communication from Takealot, and to think we are regular customers.
