Bad service

I got taken for a ride with their return protocols. I myself as a customer had to phone in 5 times and constantly ask when are they going to come collect my return. They never called me to resolve the issue, their couriers also wasted my time and to this day I have not been refunded even I had to email them my banking details as they had no interest in phone or e-mailing me for it, I had to ask what's happening.

Very disappointed in them and to be honest they not good. They've ****** my money and have no concern for their customers and won't even compensate me for the mess they made. I've got proof of all the emails and phone calls I had to make and all the different people I had to go through. in
