bad service

I have order an item for my son for his birthday. Today is his birthday and I have been let down by takealot. They say that i was not available to receive the order but when i asked the security from my company, they say no takealot came asking for me. Terrible pathetic service , and it is not the takealot cpt problem they did their job and sent it to jhb. but unfortunately jhb have useless drivers who dont know their left from their right.
