Bad service

I bought 2 car seats for kids as I have twins each was going for R999.00 which makes it R1998. 00 for 2. First time they delivered bottom of the car seat which it was returned as I order the full car seat, second time they delivered the bottom of the car again, it was returned, third time they delivered 1 car seat which I told them I ordered 2 and I returned again 4th time they came with 1 again I told them the same thing that I ordered 2 chairs not 1 which the delivery people returned with it. I got tired and I requested for my refund as they are failing to deliver the correct order since the 24th of November till now I have nothing and the order no is : ********** 8. Am really tired because when I call sometimes am told I ordered 1 car seat sometimes others they tell me they can see it was 2 chairs other are dropping calls on my ear. Am so angry with their service all I want is my money which is R1998.00, I never received any car seat. May I have my full refund please am always being promised about getting it but nothing is happening I have waited for too long now. This is bad service I never wish to buy at take a lt again.
