Bad Service

So, I ordered a Christmas gift for a friend on 18December 2018. Order was scheduled to be delivered on the 24th, it was not. When I tracked the order it was scheduled to be delivered on the 27th. No delivery, when I check a new date will be scheduled. First time ordering from takealot and I regret it. Your service is poor, very poor.
