Bad service
Am very very disappointed with Takealo I made an oder for book (When hope whispers) the oder was canceled without my concern then I got an email saying I should oder another book I did and when I made that oder it says I should pay delivery money of which 1st book I oder I had a free delivery when I asked about it I was told it wil be credited back now they bring my book late and they say I should pay and all along they have being setting not communicating with me when they canceled the 1st oder can I pls pls have my money today because they failed to deliver on time Bad service with unprofessional consultant
