Bad service

Its a pity the is no option for Zero star.

I bought this i term # ********** 8 on Thursday and was going to use it on the weekend for camping.

After i realized that the speaker is not Bluetooth speaker i immediately requested it to be refunded the care came back the following day and still to day have not been given my money back or credit

I have been calling from Friday morning till now.

I don think i will ever buy from takealot again
