Bad Service
I placed an item on takealots website for 2 items that I purchased online to be delivered to me<br> After placing the order I called back to ask if I can come collect the items instead and the person who I spoke to (jodie Hamici) advised me that its fine I can collect<br> I received an email saying that my order is ready for collection,I drove 30km to go fetch my items only to be told that my items already left and there was nothing that can be done about it<br> Extremely unhappy that I had to inconvenience myself by driving all the way and get nothing<br> It's a complete waste of time aswell as petrol<br>
