Bad service

I bought a cooler and its not working when i plugged it in my cigarettes light the cooler short circuited and blow my fuse. After a while they send me pictures of it damaged. I asked them to check with the collection person but no response. They just sent the item back to me damaged. I do surport take alot.. I will never buy from them going forward..
