Bad service

Order Nr: ********** 5. I honestly don't know what to say, I've been on the line with your call center guys today, trying to track down my package. Was told that I will be receiving it toady. Your delivery agent just pulled the most rediculious stunt. I personally asked to be called for delivery and your guy used his whatapp caller to contact me and as a result I couldn't answer and just left with my package stating am unavailable. Like what must I do to have my parcel delivered? I worry that it might be damaged. It's been 2 days now with all this nonsensical stories. They despatch my package late in the day these just ****s up day. I have a deadline to handle using the parcel. I will be speaking to my lawyers due to loss of income caused by these delays.
