Bad service.

Takealot have taken away any way of contacting them for delayed deliveries. I was not notified of the delay or the reason or an updated estimated time of delivery. I have searched their website but cannot find anyway to contact them to find out. Their help center only allow tracking of orders, and there is no way of contacting them directly.
