Bad service

Once again i was told my goods will be delivered to me before 5pm today( after a week of being messed around) it is now 5.30 and i still do not have any thing.. Pathetic service. Will not be using take a lot again. Kt used to be convenient now its a pain in the ass... I do not even get an email back???
