Bad service

I ordered online with giving my accurate address details, only for my parcel to end up at the incorrect hub. Not contacting me personally to inform me of this. More than 24 hours later to get an apology. Not acceptable.. The service is slacking badly. I used to receive my items with in 48hrs /same week delivery.
