Bad service

I bought a kettle at takealot and i have once returned the kettle because it wasnt working and they replaced it with another kettle. The same kettle is not working and i have asked take a lot to come a fetch it, they agreed and it has been 2 weeks, they haven't collected it. It means for 2 weeks i have been struggling with boiling water. They have been calling rescheduling but no one has come to collect the kettle. This is unacceptable and its bad service. It shows take a lot doesnt care for its customers.
