Bad service

Takealot im really disappointed in your service. A package was delivered to the wrong address, to the business where im working. Takelot came and collected the package again Ive talked to your customer services and they came to collect the package that I paid for COD. It wasn't mine. They said they would.pay my money back in the next 5 to 7 work days. But its been more than a week ago. The lady thats been contacting me is Angelique through email. I send het emails this week and didn't receive any response. Im really disappointed.
