Bad service

Waiting 3 weeks for delivery, delivery arrives with half the stuff. Finding out there is another truck bringing the rest.. yet not everything. No one knows where it is?? Skynet is the worst company to try and get info from which is delivering for takealot. After speaking with 10different people at takealot and explaining everything all over again each one has to go through the 10 mails that’s been sent to realise what is going on. And so I still wait to speak to a manager or super visor... Worst service ever
