Bad Service!!!!

I ordered on the 24th of November with expected delivery on the 29th November. It is the 12th of December and no one can tell me where my parcel is. It has vanished! Phone Mr D Courier service and they cannot tell me where my parcel is either. I have to wait for Takealot to tell me where it is. This is terrible service!!! I received a parcel ordered after this one but not this parcel!! How do I tell 2 little girls that I cannot give them their Christmas presents because Takealot SUCKS!!!!!!!! All I can find out is that it is at the Piketberg Depot (Saldanha Bay) but they cannot give me contact details of address of this depot!!! How pathetic are they. My order nr is ********** 6. I hope you follow it up and send me my parcel with special delivery before coming Friday as I am very close to cancel my order and bad mouthing Takealot wherever I go.
