Bad service

i am a first time buyer on takealot. They were supposed to delivery my parcel today between 8:00 and 17:00. I just called them now to check how far the delivery truck is and guess what. my parcel is still in the warehouse, like really? Couldn't they have smsed me and inform me. the call center guy named Anele Mbauli promised to call me back... and i am still waiting. He never reverted back to me.this is *******...free delivery thing is not ayoba. i will never buy from takealot.worst experience ever
