Bad service

I returned my Milex airfryer and I forgot to add one accessory. My fault. They collect the accessory a day or two later. I am waiting since the 15 Aug to get an answer. I emailed and got a reply when did they collect the accessory and what courier company collected???? I phoned but nobody is answering my calls.
