Bad service

On Saturday the 25th of Nov I logged a return and on Monday the 27th another. It is now the 04th of December and both parcels are still here at my office awaiting collection. This is after liasing with someone on Facebook daily and receiving I don`t know how many SMS`s. Is this a delay tactic for the refund perhaps? Starting to wonder! Fed up!!!
