BAD SERVICE!

rrit Otto Hosking > ‎Takealot I bought a Blackview 7000 from takealot and 3 weeks later the speaker is defective.. This is a rugged phone. I am not sure what they want to inspect the phone for before deciding to replace or repair it. I don't think that is fair to me as the client, as that is my business phone, but they don't care at takealot. I just have to suck it up and be without my phone and the R3700. I spent on it while they take their time on what to do. I have spent thousands with them and this is what I get. 6k on a laptop, bought 4 smart phones from then including the one they won't replace. Several tablets, a chainsaw that cost over a grand and much more. Takealot has disgusted me and when I get my money back, I will never ever purchase through them again! ! ! These guys are more like online ******ion!
