Bad Service

I bought a couch/sofa on the 27th November, was expected to receive the package on the 7th December. However it came before that after several attempts and me taking up with management. The couch were damaged and logged a call to be collected which was suppose to be today and guys came told me truck was full, they will come at 1600hrs. They expect us to re packed the whole couch which is really frustrating because the cling wrapped are not new and the boxes are now torn. I regret buying from these guys.
