Bad Service

I placed an order for 7 items on Monday the 6th of November on COD , the delivery is scheduled to take place on the 2nd of December , requested if they can split the delivery as it is being delayed by books that are not in stock . The consultants advised that its not possible since its COD , no where was i informed of this before . I later asked if she can invoice me for the split items for delivery to take place sooner so I can make an EFT payment , but there was no response , why cant the delivery be split as i am still going to make payment ? I am not impressed by this and I am highly frustrated .
