Bad Service

we bought a tent this year from takealot; first it broke, sent back to them they credited us; now we're still waiting for our refund of R690; according to them a R281 was refunded; i want my cash today or tomorrow; i don't want any excuses; my next step is social media and the Independent complaints devision;
