Bad service

I recently ordered something from takealot,told was gonna receive it today.Got a call from my complex security guys.Takealot delivery boy was granted access,but funny enough he never pitched at my door, took the liberty to go to the gate myself,and the guy at the gate told me that yes he came but he never bothered to go to my place,he went to his own place and said he did not find anybody.Now my question is how do i deal with such behaviour, I need my goods,i am beyond angry due to such behaviour because i thought you guys were reliable and never dissapoint your client,but with such behaviour i am taking my business elsewhere cause realy i cant be BSed by some driver.Can I hv my order before end of today otherwise shove it.
