BAD SERVICE

I placed an order for delivery in April and received it on 05/06. i found that it was the incorrect item, i ordered a tv stand they sent a coffee table. i logged a return request on the 08/06, i have been calling them since then and they have not come to collect, very bad service, im never using them again. They need to come collect the item and bring the correct item, this is unacceptable!!!
