Bad service

I ordered a product to be delivered today at my work place and as I was waiting for a call from the delivery guys I receive an SMS saying sorry we could not deliver because I was not available which is a total lie as I had my phone with me and if the deliver guy went in at my work place he would have found me .. I called the customer care line and was told that they would ask the guy to return and deliver my product but after 15 minutes I got another SMS saying that my delivery has been rescheduled.. what a foolish service and bad one for someone that ordered an item for the first time to this company I am not impressed and pleased at all..... If I did not pay I would have stopped or ignored this order as this is not customer service at all
