BAD SERVICE

I ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse. The first time I returned it because there was no receiver in the box. I returned it and they replaced it with the same problem, receiver still not there. Now they don't want to take my return saying that they spoke to supplier. Of course the will claim everything is in the box. I didn't buy from the supplier but I bought from takealot, which is responsible for checking if there's nothing missing and they didn't do that. I can't be stuck with something that is not working after I spent my hard earned money.
