Bad service

I bought two bottles of alcohol on the 27th and I am still waiting for my delivery, when I checked on the tracker the delivery date is the 11th August but your delivery time is 3 days. I'm a disappointed that the customer service is not good and all the numbers that I'm trying to call you at are not working.
