Bad service

I have ordered a digital wall clock from takealot it was delivered on time with the package sealed and in good condition but there was now power supply in the box I notified takelot and they responded quickly that some one will come back to me after they investigated the matter within 24 hrs. this was done on 2 November 2020 a follow up mail was send with no response and until today 11 November still no response so much for their 24 hrs I cant use the clock I would like to get it working No luck trying to contact them on their phone number either Not happy with there customer service
