Bad Service

I recently made an enquiry with regard to a pair of sandals I wished to purchase as the product detail did not fully cover the information I required. This is the response I got

: "Thank you for reaching out to me regards to the query. Please allow me to query more information to the products department and I will revamp back to you."

Now I'm not quite sure what is meant by revamping back to me, but I am not exactly filled with confidence anymore and will seriously reconsider my purchase.
