Bad service

I bought an ebook through takealot.com a week ago. I followed all the instructions to try and open this book, but I can't get it open. I took it to 2 different facilities with good programs on their computers (more advanced than my home computer) and we can't get the book open. There is no-where on takealot.com a place where I can contact them for help or even call for assistance. I can't leave a review anywhere on their page either. I want a full refund or at least an option for a CREDIT to purchase a hardcover book because clearly their ebooks don't work!!!!! You can't even send them an email to ask for help. It cost me so much money to drive up and down to get people to help me to try and get it open.
