Bad service

Last week ordered from take a lot and was told the delivery will be done Sat which is yesterday before 2 at my work place....even gt an sms confirming that Friday night....and again Sat round about 12 got a confirmation sms that it has left the warehouse to me..... come 2 o'clock nothing.....knocked off at 3 ....had to wait till 6 and luckily just before 6 the Van came .... waited for them to come through but they don't went I went outside they drove off asked the security guy who was with em what did they say exactly ....he told that they told him that they forgot to pack my delivery as they had lot of off stuff to pack....they dint even wait or ask for me to be coled....then 30 mins after I got an sms from Take A lot lying saying they tried to deliver my parcel bt I was not available and that they will deliver it Mon....so now I have to come on my day off and received the parcel that I waited for hour s just to be told that they forgot to pack it?..... woooooow.....u guys have bad service....I wish someone can col me on *** ....cos I won't come to work on my off day to wait the whole day again never!!!
