BAD SERVICE

I placed a order on Friday 13 December and as it is over R500 used the facility for next day delivery. My order was rescheduled as they did not delivered the parcel the next day. I had to phone them to change my address to the work. My order has been rescheduled 3 times as they do not know how to change the details on their system. Their services are going backwards and will not be using their services any more.
