Bad service

Purchased 2 shelves for our house, we paid for them and a day after the delivery date, I called them to find out when they were going to be delivered and was told that there was a return order on them even though no body contacted us and that they weren’t available anymore on their website

Requested a refund for them only to find out that on the confirmation email that they said that they delivered them

Worst online service we have had in a very long time, no communication to the client about issues with the products and for a customer centric business it seems like they don’t care
