Bad service

There is this mean delivery lady by the name of Constance Shabangu who thinks the world revolves around her. She doesn't her work and always tells us we must get out of our apartment and fetch the delivery downstairs. Her reasons ranges from our place is not safe to she has alot of deliveries to make. How is that our business? Reported it with Takealot but they don't take it serious because she came back with the same attitude again!
