Bad service

I have returned a Western digital drive that's still under warranty, been given the run around, this company's going to the dogs, must be under new management, Ive use them for many years, but this is the last straw. Cf - RRN-SVBJ9-JR47 WD SSD Green 480GB 2.5 SATA SSD. This was returned on the 2 Oct 2023, still at the supplier apparently, previously it was on it's way back to me. This is really crazy, maybe some healthy competition is due. Very disappointed in your lack of service.
