Bad service
Ordered a book from TAKEALOT which indicates in stock on their website. My payment is confirmed and item will be available the next day for collection. Two days later and no response after calling the call centre everyday and promises not kept.

We currently only have stock of this item at our JHB warehouse and need to allow a day or two for the stock to arrive at our Cape Town warehouse. We've instructed our complaints team to look into this with the relevant departments to find out why you were offered collection in CPT on the 28th when it seems we only had stock on JHB.
Please allow them a little bit of time to investigate after which they'll be in touch with an update & assistance to get this resolved.
