Bad service

I ordered goods under order number ***. Because it took so long I enquired as to whether I can still cancel the order. I only wanted to know this in order to weigh my options. Next thing a takealot staff member cancels my order. I call in and the staff member I speak to can't understand why it was done. So I place the order again with number *** and pay overnight fees for it to be delivered the next day. The next morning I received a message to say the goods are on the way and will be delivered before 17h00. Three hours later the delivery status gets updated to read that the goods are returned to the branch because it is too heavy for delivery. Really? You mean you didn't know how big or heavy the parcel was? I call in to ask if I can collect the items myself from any place in PE as it shows that the goods are in PE. I get promised that the branch will be contacted to hear if that can be arranged. About an hour later I get an email to say the branch does not answer their phone lines. I must wait for an sms and then inform them whether I can collect the items myself. So I paid overnight fees for nothing and I still don't know when I will actually receive the goods or be able to collect it. Pathetic!
