Bad service

Ordered a item which was scheduled for delivery on 26 June 2023 at my wife's work address, but by the time the delivery finally came she have already gone home and when the driver phoned we asked if we could send him our home location witch is 500m away from her work location he said it's fine but never arrived and after 14 attempts to get hold of him on his cellphone which he phoned us from he doesn't answer and then we get a message saying it wil be rescheduled . Very bad service and unprofessional also .
