Bad service

I am so disappointed in takealo***** been three days now I been phoning, following up but still no response.to reschedule a return.This is really pathetic service I am experiencing from Takealot.Been doing business over 3 years with them with all the items I bought.Really disappointed didn't expect this from takealot
