Bad Service

I purchased a fridge through Takelot which was delivered on Mon 27 Jan 2020. On receipt I realized that it was not what I wanted and immediately phoned to request that it was collect as they advertise a return policy. I was told that the fridge would be collected on Tue 28 and made arrangements for someone to be here to assist them. No one came. On contacting the call centre again I was told they would be there on the Wed 29th and again I made arrangements for someone to assist. Again no collection. On Thursday again I phoned and told that they would be there on Fri 30th. Once again I made arrangements. I was contacted by the courier company around 12 and I advised them that if possible please could they collect at 4pm. Again they did not arrive. On Monday I contacted the centre to be told that the collection had been cancelled as the courier service had come to my house on two occasions but that there was no one at home. This absolute *******. At NO time did the courier service contact me to say that they were at my house. Once again arrangements were made for them to collect the fridge today. It is now 5.10pm and once again the fridge has not been collected. What must a person do to get decent service. Companies are quick to take your money but there is DEFINITELY no after sale service. After this service i certainly would not recommend Takelot especially if you need to return something
