Bad service

I bought a watch advertised with a leather strap. Watch was delivered on Monday 1 June 2015.with a strap made of synthetic material. .I phoned immediately and cancelled the deal.I was promised that watch would be picked up anytime from the wednesday.They would contact me. Wednesday come and go nobody contacts me..I contacted them. They said Thursday. Nothing happens on Thursday .I phoned again.They said Friday.Nothing happens on Friday.Not once did they contact me to make alternative arrangements or to apologise for not making the pick up.<br> Would I recommend Take a lot?<br> Never
