Bad service

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">its been more than a month now and i have not yet received my parcel from takealot. i have emailed and phoned numerous times and every time they say they will call me back and let me know what's going on. till this date no one has phoned me back. they do not have a clue where my parcel is and they do not indicate if they will even try to find out where it is. meanwhile my wife will not receive a Christmas present because of takealot. its very bad service and i will not recommend Takealot to anybody!!! </span></p>
