Bad service

<p>I ordered from takealot at the beginning of the month, stationery and Christmas presents. Before our offices closed I emailed to change address, which I was told was done...this was over a week ago. I have been receiving messages saying they were unable to deliver the parcel and when I asked takealot about it I was told to ignore the messages. Now today I get a call from MrD to say they waiting at the incorrect address. I have never had such terrible service in all these years and I will.probably never buy from takealot again.</p>
